How do I book a wash?
The fastest way is online. Pick a service and a time slot, then confirm. It takes under a minute. You can also call us on +32 2 793 71 67 or simply drive in. Walk-ins are welcome when a bay is free, but booked customers go first.
Where are you located?
We are at Opperstraat 51, 1770 Liedekerke. Bring your vehicle to us and we take care of the rest. We do not offer at-home service.
How long does a wash take?
An exterior hand wash is typically ready in 15 to 30 minutes. Interior and combination packages take 45 to 90 minutes, and full detailing can take several hours depending on the vehicle condition. The estimated duration is shown on each service before you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bancontact, all major debit and credit cards, and cash at our location. Invoices for business customers are available on request.
Are your products safe for my paint, and the environment?
Yes. We exclusively use non-toxic, biodegradable products that are tough on dirt but gentle on paint, trim, chrome and rubber. Combined with a careful hand wash, this is significantly safer for your finish than automated brushes.
Do you wash vans and pickups?
Absolutely. Cars, vans, SUVs and pickups are all welcome. Larger vehicles may cost a little more by size. The price is shown per vehicle type when you book, or call us for a quick quote.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Just use the link in your confirmation email or call us. For cancellations within 24 hours we appreciate a phone call so we can offer the slot to someone else.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 19:00, and closed on Sunday. On public holidays, hours may vary, so check the locations page or call ahead.
Do I need to do anything before you clean the interior?
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. Loose items like child seats can stay. Tell us in advance and we will work around or under them as you prefer.
What if it rains right after my wash?
Rain itself does not undo a proper hand wash and protective finish. Still, if your car gets visibly dirty within 24 hours of an exterior wash, come back and we will give it a quick rinse and dry on the house.
